Focus on fundamental movement skills

The programme looks at core skills every child needs to move confidently and safely, forming the foundation for all sports and physical activity.

Evidence-based insights

The information gathered helps us understand how each child or class is moving, using proven research and best practice in physical education.

Tailored PE recommendations

Based on the results, the programme recommends suitable activities and lessons for: An entire class; Small groups; Individual pupils.

Inclusive and adaptable

Activities can be easily adjusted to support children of all abilities, ensuring every child feels included and supported.

Ready-to-deliver PE lessons
