Ages 8-12
Perfect for primary school pupils from 2nd to 6th class, with activities tailored to their age and ability.

All sports and safety equipment provided by Daly Exercise – nothing for you to prepare.

Workshop Structure
1) Warm-Up Games
Quick-fire group activities—tag variations, reaction games, and space-awareness challenges—to spark energy and teamwork.
2) Main Session
Rotating stations of class-favourite games (target, invasion, and co-operative challenges). Small-sided, inclusive, and problem-solving focused with clear roles for every pupil.
3) Cool Down
Fun, slower-paced circle game followed by light stretches and a brief team reflection on tactics and fair play.
